Monochrome Madness is a term that originated during my deep commitment to black-and-white photography. I invested in a Leica Q2 Monochrom, a camera that exclusively captures in black and white. Not only that, but it’s a fixed-lens camera—a deliberate choice that limited my options but focused my vision.
When I shared my plan to dedicate at least the next five years to this pursuit, people often looked at me skeptically. Some even called me crazy for spending a premium price on a device that restricted me creatively.
